Kat DeLuna may not be blowing up the U.S. charts liks some of her manufactured dime store diva counterparts (the U.S. has always been 2000 and late when it comes to catching on to great pop music), but she's blowing up big in Europe. The Dominican diva-in-training has been hard at work on her third album, and she found time to show Romanian pop artist Costi some love on his song Always On My Mind. While the song is very catchy and easy breezy, I was a bit underwhelmed by the music video. I'm always rooting for the underdog, and this Kat deserves all the shine she can muster.
