CHRIS BROWN THREATENED TO SHOOT FRANK OCEAN; MAY NOT HAVE COMPLETED ALL OF HIS COMMUNITY SERVICE

Just when you thought the latest drama with Chris Brown could be put begind us, more T continues to get spilled. Frank Ocean said via his Tumblr blog that he would not be pressing charges against the troubled singer after they wound up getting into a scuffle outside of a Los Angeles recording studio. Just as I was about to not give a fuck about Chris "Bootleg Bobby" Brown, now comes word that if Ocean had pressed charges, Brown would have been thrown in jail for violating his probation, which stems from his 2009 assault charge against current squeeze Rihanna.

Well now comes the real T. TMZ is reporting that court documents filed by the Los Angeles County D.A. allege Brown was already in violation because he had submitted fraudulent community service records. When Chris plead guilty, Brown was sentenced to 180 days of community service. According to a letter from the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA, he completed 202 days, but the D.A.’s office doesn't believe Brown did the hours reported, stating that the documentation is ”at best sloppy … and at worst fraudulent reporting.”

Breezy did show up for work at The Tappahannock Children’s Center, but he was only supervised by the Richmond cops nine or ten times, out of a supposed 202 days. Even if you’re of the mind that Breezy is the type of guy who would keep putting in the hours even if there was nobody around to verify it (LOL), well, sources also say several of the dates don’t add up, because at the same time Chris was out of the country on tour.

What's also fishy is that someone was stupid enough to have Chris work at the same children’s center that was once run by Brown’s mother, and she is the one who put his schedule together. And if she made excuses for her son when the world came down on him for what he did to Rihanna, what makes you think she was going to play fair when it came to his community service? With all these red flags, the D.A. conducted an investigation and found there was no “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” that Brown did the required amount of community service.

Yesterday TMZ broke the news that they managed to get their hands on Frank Ocean’s official account of the January 27 brawl, in which he claims Brown, who's hand was seen in a cast (but denied he hit Ocean) did, in fact, put his hands on him after a parking space dispute. This would seem to corroborate the unofficial account of Michael Uzowuru, Ocean’s producer who was present. More troubling, though, is that Ocean told cops Breezy channeled his inner Nicki Garbaj, threatening to shoot him, specifically by saying, “We can bust on you, too!” Additionally, Ocean heard someone call him a “faggot” during the fight, but wasn’t sure if it was Brown.

So with all the lying, homophobic, violent ways of Chris Brown, I'm starting to look at this wannabe goon as the high yellow Lindsay Lohan. This queen has more lives than a cat when it comes to getting into trouble, and I feel bad for his team around him who have to spend more time doing damage control instead of focusing on the next step in his musical career.  I'm not going to do like everyone else and say "oh he's young," because youth is not an excuse for stupidity. Yes we are all human and make mistakes along the way, but I actually think Chris needs to see a professional, because I actually think he's not right in the head. I'm not a M.D., but he might be bipolar, which would explain why Rihanna's crazy ass would get back with him.
