It looks like Frank Ocean has been a very bad boy. The singer was arrested over the weekend, and rumors began to circulate from the world's most inaccurate websites Sandra Rose and Mediafakeout that Frank was engaging in sexual acts in his car with a male companion. The real reason why he was put in handcuffs is less glamorous than the homophobic websites want you to believe.
According to the police report, Ocean and his friend were pulled over for speeding, driving on a suspended license and what US radio station V-103 describes as 'tinted window violation'.
Below is the official police statement from V-103's website:
"On 12/31/2012 at approximately 1630 hours, Officer E. Moore, #20190, was in full CHP winter uniform, and driving a black and white departmental sedan (Class E). Officer Moore was stopped facing northbound in the center median of US-395, north of Tom’s Place monitoring traffic. Officer Moore observed a black BMW driving southbound on US-395 exceeding the 65 MPH maximum speed limit.
"Officer Moore accelerated his patrol vehicle in order to follow the BMW, and then observed a marked patrol unit from the Mono County Sheriff’s Department making an enforcement stop on the BMW. After the Mono County Sheriff’s Department unit stopped the BMW, Officer Moore stopped to provide any necessary assistance."
It would be so much easier if bloggers would take the time to actually do their research instead of feeding their dumb readers bullshit, so that all we're stuck with is a laundry list of homophobic comments and bad jokes in their comments. Sandra Rose alluded to it being a "Teddy Pendegrass act." and Mediafakeout loves to throw their ignorance around like an overworked handball, and their fans eat it up like soul food served on a Sunday. Both sites need to be burned at the stake.
