Another year, another actor comes out of the closet. Matt Dallas, who has appeared on TV shows such as The Vampire Diaries, Entourage, and as the lead on the ABC Family series Kyle XY has announced he is gay.
Dallas, who has been pegged with gay rumors for years made it official when he announced his engagement to singer Blue Hamilton on Twitter.
"Starting off the year with a new fiancé, @bluehamilton," he wrote. "A great way to kick off 2013!"
I had no idea who Blue Hamilton was, so I did a little research. He is a 25 year-old indie record producer and singer who has worked with Justin Bieber. Dallas, 30, and Hamilton have been dating since 2009, but it wasn't until Sunday that we even knew Dallas had a male companion.
I also haven't seen Matt in any other projects since Kyle XY was canceled, but I am hearing that he has a role on the second season of the ABC Family series Baby Daddy.
