This past summer, out rapper ROB.B released a hot like fire verse of his own on the remix of Rihanna's single Birthday Cake, which also featured her current boyfriend Chris Brown. Now the artist has revealed the cover art for his forthcoming mixtape, titled Meat.
Robby Anyonio Zumaya is a 25-year-old Mexican American rapper, songwriter, model, actor and gay activist, who hails from San Diego, California. Robby has always taken an interest in a career in the arts from an early age, taking in everything he can like a sponge.
It wasn't until 2008 that he decided to take a career in music seriously. He formed a rap group called The Black Market, where he performed under the alias Robbery. The duo soon after had a falling out, going their separate ways to pursue solo careers.
In 2010, he headed to New York City where he changed his name to Rob.B and began collaborating with fellow out artists, like Solomon (Y U Mad?) and Bry'Nt (Drop Ya Drawers).
After the loss of his mother, he headed back to Cali where he got caught up in a tailspin of drugs, booze, and wild partying. Realizing this is not the life he mother would have wanted him to lead, he turned his life around and began pouring his heart. soul and pain into his music. Rob.B's 15-track Meat mixtape will feature some original tracks as well as his take on songs from the likes of Lily Allen, Frank Ocean, Bry'Nt, Solomon, Jeremih, and more.
