CASSIE RELEASES END OF THE LINE VIDEO; SET TO DROP THE UNRELEASED CLASSICS TRILOGY

When Cassie first came out almost seven years ago, Diddy was trying to mold her into the next Ciara - a hot chick with model good looks, a paper thin voice and beats to die for. When she released her debut album, she was hit with lots of criticism for her horrible stage presence, horrible live singing voice and stiff dance moves. Clearly she wasn't ready for her moment in the spotlight when Diddy rushed her out into the cruel world of the buying music public, but I saw a diamond in the rough.

Since then Cassie has been hard at work on her sophomore album, so much so a dozen different artists and groups (like Danity Kane and Day 26) have released multiple albums and have since fallen off the face of the earth.

Earlier this year she released the hot single King of Hearts, which did not do well on the Billboard Top 100 charts, but I thought it was the best single Cassie has dropped in years. Now she's dropped a brand new song and video called End of the Line that is just as infectuous.

Cassie is also planning to release The Unreleased Classics Trilogy, which will consist of three different music moods. Velvet Night will feature dark songs of seduction, Dope N' Diamonds will have a dark electro sound and Supermodel will take more of a sassy pop approach, which will be full of fun, catchy bubblegum pop beats. Each album, which will be an hour long will feature appearances by Diddy, Nicki Minaj, The Dream, Akon, N.O.R.E., Jadakiss, Lil Wayne and more.

The album will also feature songs we've heard over the years such as King of Hearts, 2 In The Morning, Make You A Believer, and Is It You, I have to say what I love about Cassie is that she's taking time to develop as an artist, unlike Rihanna who is so afraid to go broke and not make it as a superstar singer she's trying to grow through releasing half-assed albums.
