2013 GRAMMY AWARD NOMINEES

The 2013 Grammy Awards were announced last night, and even though most of the nominees are people I have never even heard of (except for Frank Ocean and fun.), it's not like the American Music Awards, The Billboard Awards or the VMA's where they give awards to the same five people who are being whored out all over the music charts.

Kanye West, Jay-Z, Frank Ocean, Mumford & Sons, fun. and Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys received the most nominations with five a piece, while some of my faves like P!nk, Marilyn Manson, Kelly Clarkson, Deadmau5, The Chemical Brothers and Skrillex were nominated as well. Even Anita Baker and SWV - two R&B veterans I had no idea even released music this year were nominated. Even once hot gospel group turned messy reality stars Mary Mary were nominated for Best Gospel Song, which is interesting since these bitches can't stop laying on their backs long enough to make music because they're always pregnant. It had to be interesting for the Grammy people to come up with nominations this year, because with every ClearChannel-owned station playing the same songs from Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Psy and Pitbull, it had to be a lot of work for them to come up with musicians that barely get played on the radio to get nominated. All I know is the performances better be a lot more interesting than this list or there will be hell to pay!
