Remember a few months back when will.i.am said he had worked with Britney Spears on a new song that was to be featured on his solo album #willpower and he had to go back to the drawing board after he claimed the songs that were to be on the album were on a laptop that was stolen from his car? (personally I believe the songs were horrible and he's using that as an excuse due to the lack of hot singles). Well the song he did with Britney called Scream and Shout was supposed to be released tomorrow as a single, but of course it's leaked earlier than scheduled.
Obviously it's a dance track strictly for the clubs and mainstream Top 40 radio, and while this particular style of monotonous dance music is starting to irritate the shit out of me, it's nice to see that Britney's camp has let her off her meds for a moment so that she could release a fun vocal for once...or at least until she puts the finishing touches on the follow-up to Femme Fatale.
