Que the hateration in 3...2...Billboard has just named Rihanna as the top pop songs artist of the last 20 years, which has her succeeding veteran pop stars Madonna, Mariah Carey and Britney Spears. I guess when you release a new album every three weeks and release every song on your albums as a single, you'd beat the legends as well.
