JAY-Z AND BEYONCE FAIL TO TRADEMARK BLUE IVY'S NAME

Beyonce and Jay-Z’s egos just got bruised. The couple tried and failed to trademark and make money off their daughter's ratchet name “Blue Ivy” has hit a setback.

According to GossipCop, the new parents filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in late January to trademark their daughter’s name.

Unfortunately their money isn't long enough because there is a Massachusetts event planning company who also go by the name “Blue Ivy” and sued for the right to keep its name.

According to Fox25 in Boston the company won the case and it looks like Jay and Bey have to find other means to make some fast cash off the backs of hard working people.
