Tomorrow is the five-year anniversary of Blackout, which in my opinion is the best album Britney Spears has ever made. Now that Britney is somewhat coherent, word on the street is that in between being fed an opinion in an earpiece on X Factor, she's also back in the studio working on the follow-up to Femme Fatale album with none other than Blackout producer Danja.
It's already been speculated for weeks that she's been working with Darkchild on new songs, but since he hasn't had a hit since he worked with Brandy back in the day, I would reconsider hiring another producer. When Danja was asked by a fan on Twitter when will he work with Britney again, here's the response:

I'm actually glad she's working with Danja again since he produced some of the best songs on her Blackout album, and I still wish she wasn't psychologically fucked up when the album came out so that she could have really promoted the album. Hopefully Britney will bring it with this new album, and I also hope that she will work with a hot dance producer like Calvin Harris as well. No word on when the album will be released, but fingers crossed that it will be sometime in 2013.
