Well that didn't take long for the pint-sized realty star to sell her baby pics to a tabloid. The Jersey Shore breakout star revealed exclusive first photos of her "little meatball" Lorenzo on the cover of People magazine.
Snooki, who gave birth last week said that parenthood is “a different kind of love that I never felt before.”
She also says that now that she's a mother, she's a new person and her hard partying days are long behind her.
Also in the interview, Snooki’s fiance, Jionni LaValle, reveals how they decided on their son's name, explaining, “We were going back and forth, and I just happened to think of Lorenzo.” Snooki also says that Loranzo's middle name Dominic is from her late uncle and that she named him Dominic to honor her father.
I'm happy for Snooki and I'm glad to see that getting pregnant has matured her, but my question (from a business standpoint) is that since we have to wait until the second season of Snooki & JWOWW to see Lorenzo make his debut, and how she fares as a mother, what does this mean for Snooki's brand since people love her when she's a trainwreck? Ratings are always huge in the reality TV world when your life is messy (see an episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo to see what I'm talking about), and now that Jersey Shore is finally coming to an end Snooki needs to find a way to refresh her brand or else her popularity and financial status will shrink.
