Thanks to Snooki and JWOWW using this track as the theme song for their hilarious reality spin-off, I've officially become obsessed with Icona Pop's single, I Love It. The breakout summer track, which was penned by UK dark electro pop princess Charli XCX brings something to dance/pop music that has been missing for quite sometime. A feeling of nasty, gritty edge and a in-your-face punk appeal. It's nice sometimes for dance music to not always be pretty.
