CHRISTINA AGUILERA TO DROP NEW CLUB BANGER IN AUGUST
After two seasons of coaching potential musicians on The Voice, singer Christina Aguilera is finally ready to release some new music of her own. Within the first two seasons fellow coach Adam Levine has managed to release a huge hit single Moves Like Jagger and a new album Overexposed, so while many are wondering what took her so long, Xtina has always taken her time to release new music, unlike her fellow counterparts who seem to release a new album every three weeks.
Billboard is reporting that Xtina has been in the studio working on new music with Swedish hitmaker Max Martin, who has provided many hits for Britney Spears, P!nk, Katy Perry. Robyn, Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5 to name a few. The single, which will be the first piece of new music we've heard from Xtina since her 2010 flop Bionic is said to be a “club banger” and will premiere in August. An inside source states that the chorus contains the lyrics “all I want to do is what you wanted.”
I will admit while I think Christina does have an amazing voice, I could never get into her as a singer because I prefer peole who don't have the most spectacular voice but will bring something creative to the table over a vocal showoff anyday. I am looking forward to hearing what new sound she will bring to the table, since her foray into electronic music was a huge disaster.
