After over a decade of no new music, and the long anticipation for their new album, No Doubt have finally released the first single Settle Down, which is from their forthcoming September release Push And Shove.
I love the fact that it has a Middle-Eastern flair before it goes right into their signature ska/reggae/electronic sound but upgraded. If anyone had any doubt that Gwen Stefani and crew couldn't deliver the goods, you're sadly mistaken because this is the best feel good song of the summer. So many of these newjacks coming up could learn a thing or two from the veterans in the game, who take their time to give us some quality music instead of worrying about instant chart success. Just don't leave us waiting another 10 years for another album ND.
