A few days after sparking some much-needed conversation due to his coming out about his attraction to someone of the same gender, Frank Ocean has given us some new music to bop our heads to. The track is called Sweet Life, which he co-produced with his idol Pharrell Williams, and it definitely takes me back to the music I grew up listening to, such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Maxwell and D'Angelo. I am really looking forward to his album dropping and I hope for those out there who are still focused on his sexuality hear this song and realize what a musical genius Frank is and that who you fall in love with has nothing to do with how creatively talented a person is.
