A source told Gossip Cop that their affair never went beyond their reported make out session, but I'm sorry there's no way in hell some 40+ man is in puppy love with some mediocre actress and your affair never extends beyond second base. I don't know what's worse: admitting to your affair after you get caught, or sending an apology to People. As celebrities, you don't owe us anything (although it is good grist for the mill). The only one you need to be making amends with is RPatz and Rupert should be doing everything in his power to fix his marriage. But since the shiny vampire, who was reportedly blindsided by the affiar has not only cut off contact with KStew but has packed his bags and left the house they were sharing together, it looks like the people behind the final Twilight film are going to have to do everything they can to keep these two on separate press junkets come November.
