You know, I'm all for freedom of expression and all, but I think it's about time we call ACS on the Pinkett-Smiths. singer Willow Smith, who is on the verge of joining Shiloh Jolie-Pitt as one of the most famous and obvious young lesbians in the young Hollywood circle recently revealed a photo of herself with a tongue ring. Now last I checked you had to be 18 to get mouth jewelry and she's only 11-years-old.
Here's what Will Smith had to say last month about the way he parents Willow:
When you have a little girl, it’s like how can you teach her that you’re in control of her body? If I teach her that I’m in charge of whether or not she can touch her hair, she’s going to replace me with some other man when she goes out in the world. She has got to have command of her body. So when she goes out into the world, she’s going out with a command that it is hers. She is used to making those decisions herself. We try to keep giving them those decisions until they can hold the full weight of their lives.
Since both her parents have spent their entire career hiding behind the celluloid closet, I'm starting to think they're being punished for their secrecy through their daughter. Oh, and I thought tongue rings went out in the mid 2000's. Didn't know people were still doing that. Like I said I'm all for expressing yourself freely through fashion, but when you take it to the level of allowing people to pierce your underage child's body, then we have a problem. What's next? tattoos? Next thing you know she'll (as I paraphrase the old Lil Kim line), be getting her pussy eaten while she watches cartoons At what point where do you draw the line?
