After spending most of 2011 restructuring her music career after her debut album was scrapped by her label, and rock legend Shirley Manson taking her under her wing, 19-year-old singer Sky Ferreira has unleashed the beast in the new video for her new track Red Lips, which was directed by celebrity photographer Terry Richardson.
You can definitely hear Shirley's influence on this song, because Sky has moved away from the electro-pop of her earlier work and goes into a grittier rock direction.
Sky's long-awaited debut album Wild At Heart will be out later this year.
