RYAN SEACREST PRODUCING NEW GAME SHOW BASED ON POPULAR IPHONE APP
While he's known for giving us those wretched Kuntrashian reality shows, and hosting his own radio show and American Idol (and let's not forget his new job over at NBC) Ryan Gaycrest is one busy bee.
Word on the street is that he is producing a new game show with Sony Pictures Television and Embassy Row (which was just snatched up by CBS in a vicious bidding war) called Draw Something, which is based on the hugely popular iPhone app. I personally have never heard of draw something because I ave a blackberry instead of an iPhone. If he were to develop Words & Friends then we'd be talking a far more interesting game show.
While I have to say Ryan is great at turning something not many people care about anymore into a huge goldmine (like that infamous Armenian family) and faking a relationship with a no-mane actress, we shall see in this society of people who thrive on disposable information if anyone will give a damn about this game show once it airs.
