As if American Idol, The Voice, The X Factor, and Duets wasn't enough, it looks like we're getting yet another singing show that's destined to not only make our ears bleed, but ruin yet another one of our favorite songs with a dreadful karaoke rendition.
Word on the street is that Joe Jonas and Nelly have joined Gloria Estefan and John Rich as celebrity mentors on the The CW’s new reality competition series, The Next: Fame Is at Your Doorstep.
The series, which was formerly titled The Star Next Door, will follow four recording artists as they look for talent all over the US and will work with the singing potentials as they prepare for their live TV performance. At this point it sounds like a mixture of all the shows that are currently on TV, and while this line up of judges seems pretty interesting, I am so over singing shows.
