Earlier this week Alicia Keys unleashed a YouTube video letting her fans know what she's been up to on the musical front since releasing Elements of Freedom three yesrs ago. Today she's given us a brand new tune called New Day, which was produced by her husband Swizz Beatz.
I personally got tired of all the sappy songs from her previous album and I'm glad she's gone in a harder direction by adding some hip hop elements and some Reggae swagger. No word on if this is the album's official first single, but it damn sure needs to be. Here's hoping the rest of her album is this good.
