I'm sure many of you over 30 remember smooth R&B singer Al B. Sure and his many hits, including Night and Day. Well 18 years later, his fine ass son Quincy (who has been raised by Diddy and celebrity babymama Kim Porter) is making his transition into music. For those who don't know Quincy started out rapping, but has opted to go in a dance/R&B direction instead. The song is pretty good, but thinking like an A&R, I think if Quincy paired up with a hot rapper (someone who is not established but has skills) and came out as a singer-rapper duo, I feel he would have more success.
