VIDEO: JAYDEN SMITH - GIVE IT TO 'EM
A year after having eveyone briefly whipping their hair back and forth, we were all expecting only one of Will and Jada's kids to be taking on the music world. Well today we were all shocked to hear that Willow's 13-year-old brother Jayden, who after the success of the 2010 hit The Karate Kid would be concentrating on his acting career has been quietly working on some music of his own.
Jayden premiered his new song “Give It to ‘Em“! on Ryan Seacrest's morning show earlier today.
Says Jayden on the track: “Young, black with accessories / And I’m doing well, never seen a penitentiary / Cause they can’t sentence the greatest MC they’ve ever seen / No I’m not, but if you’re going to bother me, then you better be.”
This isn't the first time Jaden has rapped on a song. He also provided a guest spot on Justin Bieber's hit Never Say Never.
“You know what happened is, my youngest son, Jaden, he’s very serious about acting, so he’s taking it all and working out, and he’s looking at me funny across the dinner table now,” his proud papa, Will Smith, recently shared. “Now he’s looking at me like a mark, so I’m like, ‘OK, let me go ahead and hit this young boy with a big one. Keep him settled down a little bit.”
Oh how I love the power of nepotism. The Pinkett-Smiths better pimp them kids, but Jayden needs to stick to acting.
