A few days ago word spread like wildfire that Raven-Symone, who is currently starring on Broadway in Sister Act is in fact a lesbian and living with her girlfriend, America's Next Top Model contestant AzMarie Livingston. Fact-challenged Mediafakeout.com even went as far as to reveal that Raven and AzMarie were living together in a NYC condo. I should also point out that this is not the first time the singer/actress has been on a few people's gaydar. She shot down gayelle rumors back in 2008 and 2010.

Never one to miss a beat, Raven sort-of set the record straight via Twitter:
“I’m living my personal life the way I’m happiest. I’m not one, in my 25 year career, to disclose who I’m dating. And I shall not start now,” she writes. “My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I’m datings (sic) to know. I’m not one for a public display of my life.”

What I am getting from her cryptic messages is in 2008 she said she's not dating a girl right now. So at that moment she wasn't in a same-sex relationship. In her recent post she didn't flat out deny that she's dating a woman, something we would expect from Queen Latifah or Anderson Cooper. So it could be that these rumors are in fact true and Raven wants to protect her personal relationship with AzMarie. I must say if you watched the current season of ANTM AzMarie is quite cute and if I had a gash between my legs I'd let her chow down on my beef curtains as well. So whenever you are ready to publicly own your truth (I personally don't think everyone needs to shout their sexual orientation from the rooftops) I will welcome you into the fam with open arms.
