GARBAGE PERFORM BLOOD FOR POPPIES & AUTOMATIC SYSTEMATIC HABIT ON JIMMY FALLON

Last night Garbage made their first televised performance in seven years when they hit the stage to perform their new single Blood For Poppies on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and as a special treat off camera, Shirley and the gang performed one of my favorite cuts off the new album Automatic Systematic Habit (aka track #1) What I am excited about is that according to first-day sales reports, "Not Your Kind of People" is expected to debut in the US at #13 with 18-21k copies sold, which is awesome because Garbage do everything through their own label and the new album barely got any promotion outside of a few music blogs (mine being one of them). Make sure you show this band some love when they embark on a four-month tour -which kicks-off next week- that will take them across the US, Europe, and Japan.
