Personally I don't know anyone who is more excited about Prometheus than I am. While director Ridley Scott has been mum on the film's plot, many believe it is a prequel to the hit horror classic Alien. In the new movie the events take place 30 years before Ripley and the gang get the distress call in the first movie.
In this official clip from 'Prometheus' Idris Elba (Captain Janek) lands the Prometheus ship on the alien planet so the crew can explore the mysterious relics. A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race. The film also stars Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace and Logan Marshall-Green.
