WATCH: SHORT DOCUMENTARY TAKES A LOOK INSIDE POLYAMOROUS RELATIONSHIPS IN NEW YORK CITY

Here's a topic you won't find Anderson Cooper covering on his talk show. While mainstream gay organizations are trying to push the illusion on the mainstream straight world that all gays want to be in a monogamous, one-on-one relationships and have a buch of kids to live with in a house with a white picket fence (the dream created for heterosexual white folks in the 50's), there seems to be a rise in polyamorous relationships being talked about in the media as of late.

I will admit after reading an article in Next Magazine's Sex Issue titled Two Plus One: In Defense of Polyamorous Relationships by Justin Lockwood (click the link to read said article), I have become quite fascinated by such conversations, and when I came across a six-minute documentary called Polyamorous Relationships In New York City, I just knew I had to share it with you guys.

The film, which was produced by Nilo Tabrizy and Suvro Banerji documents the story of "trouple" Franco, Mark and Vinny, three guys who have been in a relationship with each other for two years. The guys also revealed that they only sleep with each other and do not invite other men into their relationship. So what do you think? Is it possible to share yourself and fall in love with more than one man, or do we have to just be safe and stick to one-on-one relationships. My feeling is that as long as your multiple partners have an understanding and you've set rules in the beginning, I don't see having multible partners as a bad thing. As I always say, if you like it I love it.
