Madonna took to Twitter Wednesday night (for one night only) to chat with her fans as a "thank you" for helping her 12th studio album, MDNA go to #1, but then the icon was surprised when her producers, dancers and other members of her entourage threw her a surprise party backstage to celebrate her latest album. debuting in Billboard's number one slot. Madonna looked as if she could care less about the celebration, but she did in fact seem genuinely surprised that her album went #1 in not only the U.S. but in over 40 countries. I don't see why one of the most successful pop stars in the world would be surprised that she has more fans than Jesus. 30 years in the game you've definitely put in your work.
