William Ratliff, best known to the black porn world as Elmo Jackson has found himself once again behind bars. The 23-year-old model was thrown in jail on September 25, 2009 for identity theft and credit card fraud and was released in 2011. The porn model, who has starred in A Nightmare on Elmo Street, Thedawgpoundusa's I Need A Tutor, and Papithugz.com's Harlem Hook-Up was arrested for "uttering forgery", which means he tried to pass off a check with a forged signature. Elmo will be released from prison in 2016.
You would think these crafty queens would learn the first time when they try to live off of other people's money, but it goes to show that maybe black porn isn't paying him enough money to keep afloat? At least since he's behind bars that booty is ready for the plucking.
