After J Lo has spent the past few weeks forcefully shoving her "fuckery" with Casper Smart down everyone's throats, her estranged husband Marc Anthony has officially filed for divorce.
Marc cites - what else, "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce.
According to TMZ, in the papers, filed April 9 in L.A. County Superior Court, Marc (who's name on the papers read Marc Muniz) is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's twins, Emme and Max -- who are 4 years old.
Marc also wants to judge to give his monry-hungry wife a blunt "hell-to-the-naw" if she even thinks about asking him for spousal support. If you can afford to buy your boy toy a car for his birthday and sign your name to every product that isn't nailed down, surely you can afford to take care of yourself.
The couple have been separated since July, 2011 and Marc also wants each party to foot the bill for their own attorney's fees. The couple have been married since 2004, and this will be J Lo's third divorce and Marc's second, and if I recall, the reason behind his first divorce is because he cheated on Dayanara Torres with J Ho.
