Legendary 90's rock singer Shirley Manson stopped by Chelsea Lately on Thursday to promote the new Garbage album, Not Your Kind of People and also talked about how watching a few shitty live performances at Coachella brought her out of a seven-year hiatus, and the perks of releasing music on your own label.
