RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE SEASON 4 EPISODE 9: FROCK THE VOTE
On last night's episode of RuPaul's Drag Race, the final five had a laugh at the expense of Willam, who was kicked off the show for reasons unknown. For the mini-challenge, the queens had to design a pair of platform shoes based on the Absolut cockatil they were assigned (a challenge Phi Phi wound up winning).
In the main challenge the ladies had to get into politics, meaning they had to come up with a campaign slogan and run for office on an issue they were passionate about. Chad admitted that she's a dreg queen for the sake of performing and not someone who wants to put her political views on others, and Dita struggled throughout the challenge.
During the mock debate, Chad played a lady pimp with a pink afro (spray can and all), Dita came off like a dear caught in headlights, but the person that made me want to dive through my flat screen and slap a ho was none other than resident snaggle-toothed drag cunt Phi Phi O' Hara, who referred to Latrice and Dita by saying (I'm paraphrasing) It's great to see that two of the ladies from "The Help" are able to stand beside me and run for office. Latrice got back at her ass though by reading her for points with, and I quote: "About five minutes ago, I looked across at Ms. O' Hara and I realized that she was ugly and I'm at peace with that."
Snap! Crackle, and in the words of NeNe Leakes, "bloop bloop bloop!"
While I love politically incorrect humor and I have been known to tell a few sexist, racist, homophobic and misogynistic jokes from time to time, I felt that Phi Phi, who is not funny at all made racist comments that were uncalled for and besides Ru reading her for her racist remarks later on at the judge's panel, I would have liked for Dita or Latrice to come for her in the Interior Illusions Lounge. But at least Latrice read her during the debate so I was pretty satisfied after that. During Untucked she even claimed that the panel laughed at her joke" towards Latrice and Dita (the editors cutting to the panel's silent face and the crickets were priceless!)
So long story short, Sharon Needles won the challenge, and Latrice and Dita had to lip-sync for their lives. After one of the queens was eliminated (I won't tell you who in case you didn't see last night's episode) Ru revealed a twist at the end of the show, revealing that one of the queens who was sent home would be returning to the show to compete with the final four. I'm really hoping it's Willam just so she can piss off Phi Phi. If Kenya Michaels comes back, the only reason why I would think it's bad for her to come back is because she was close with Phi Phi (I can't stand that bitch so much I don't want anyone she likes to come back). Or how about Ru does another joke on them queens and bring back Shangela. I could use another "Halleloo bitches" right about now.
