Ameriie has been absent from the spotlight for quite sometime, quietly working on her new dance album Cymatika Vol. 1 (which was supposed to come out a while ago but then...nothing!) Now it seems the singer is ready to take on her fellow contemporaries by teaming up with French artist Jean-Roch on Fly Away, which will appear on his upcoming studio album Music Saved My Life, due out in May.
It's a straight-forward Euro dance track that we've come to expect from current artists like Taio Cruz and Chris Brown, with an added rap section from Fat Joe. Ameriie sounds fantabulous on this track, and I'm still a bit bummed that like Kelis she's so underrated as an artist.
