Could Chaz Bono be the next Bachelor? Well if you believe what comes out of Perez Hilton's mouth he just might be. Now that the most famous transgender person in the world next to Amanda Lepore is a single man, Perez is claiming that “Chaz is thinking of taking a more active approach with his love life … by starring in a Bachelor-like reality series!”
Reports also say that producers are interested in doing the show, but Cher is advising him againt it, because she's afraid her son is becoming obsessed with being a celebrity (since he has become more known for his two trans documentaries on OWN and a stint on Dancing With the Stars).
While I think this would be a great idea that we would get the first ever trans "Bachelor" or "Flavor of Love" (for the sake of dramatic ratings), Chaz's rep denies any reality dating show is in the works. So should Chaz ever entertain such an idea, please don't put it on Logo. Everytime they get a hot on that channel they wind up canceling it.
