Russian DJ Pavel Patel is more known for bringing a little performance art (and plenty of nudity) to his deejaying style. More like an androgynous Francois Sagat if you will. Pavel has struck a pose to promote a line of lipstick called Violent Lips and Acid Lips that, a lot of celebs in young Hollywood are wearing and I'm sure many a drag queen will be rocking in no time. While I like the idea of men being artistic with the lipstick and nail polish in fashion and inmagazines, I get scared for the kids who will look at this and wear it in the street. I always root for those who aren't afraid to be themselves in a world filled with bigots, but I hear enough kids get their asses kicked and we don't need abuse against gay kids getting any higher.
