A trans woman named Chantal Spears (guv'ment name Ronald Spears) has filed a lawsuit against reality star Khloe Kardashian for assault, but don't think Khloe is going down quietly (since it will take about five linebackers to bring that bitch to her knees anyway).
Apparently back in December '09, Khloe and Chantal got into an altercation outside the Playhouse nightclub after Chantal approached Khloe's husband Lamar and said to him that "he's too young to be married." Next thing you know, their verbal confrontation excalated into a pilot episode for "Trannies Gone Wild."
According to TMZ, in the court papers, Spears claimed Kardashian “pushed” and “hit” her, though no arrests or citations were made. Khloe has filed papers of her own, saying that her behavior “was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.”
No word if the case will go to trial, but this seems like a set up for some quick cash on Chantal's part to me. If anyone came up to my man and said that shit, I'd whoop your ass too.
