Hip Hop's brat pack Odd Future is set to give us some new music very soon. Word on the street is that Tyler, The Creator, Frank Ocean and the rest of the OF gang will release their sophomore album The OF Tape Vol. 2 on March 20 on their Odd Future Records imprint. The album will of course feature new tracks from Tyler and Frank, as well as Hodgy Beats, Left Brain, Domo Genesis, Mike G, Syd the Kyd, and The Internet.
Odd Future will promote the album by heading out on a 10-city national tour in March that will include a show and OF pop-up retail store in each city. Each concert will also give fans an exclusive viewing of their new Adult Swim series “Loiter Squad” which premieres on March 25.
In other OF news, Tyler, The Creator also plans to release the follow-up to his debut solo album Goblin called Wolf in late Spring, and Mellowhype (aka Left Brain and Hodgy Beats) will release their side-project Numbers in the summer. Looks like another amazing year for the OF crew.
