Yesterday it was announced that Cee Lo will be performing alongside Madonna, M.I.A., and Nicki Minaj at the Super Bowl. Now comes word from will.i.am. that LMFAO will also perform with the Queen of Pop on February 5.
Talking to Capital FM, will.i.am said: "I’m going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two. One year the Super Bowl the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna. That’s still happening."
I was with you when you hired M.I.A. and that harajuku features artist. I even gave you your props when you brought Cee Lo on board. But LMFAO? Really? Don't get me wrong I got swept up in Party Rock Anthem fever and I LMFAO'd (pun intended) when I saw the video for Sexy & I Know It. But speaking on a overall level, the rest of their album was complete and utter shit. If Madonna has them on her new album (since they are in fact Interscope label-mates), then I hope it's on a hot track because if I hear them perform their only two hits at the Super Bowl, I'm going to slit my wrists the right way.
