As we are all aware, ever since signing to Epic records Ciara has been hard at work on her fifth album, which is being looked at as her make it or break it record. Unfortunately, very little news has been released in regards to what producers she will be working with or what the new album will sound like...until now.
X Factor judge and Epic Records honcho L.A. Reid, who signed CiCi to the label after parting ways with Jive and is overseeing the entire project revealed that the campaign to make Ciara the black Britney Spears is in full effect sooner than we think.

I always thought that Ciara is one of the best dancers in the industry but she never got the music to showcase her talents as a performer. Sure she doesn't have the best voice in the world, but that's not why we love artists like Janet Jackson, Madonna and Britney (before she had her breakdown and now just makes a living phoning in her stage performances).
CiCi needed someone in her corner that could build some much-needed interest in the performer and I can't wait to see what she will serve the kids when her single drops very soon.
