That would be the spin-off of her series Project: Runway if I were the President of Entertainment & Development over at Lifetime. Anyways, according to TMZ, model/reality TV host Heidi Klum and her husband singer Seal, who have renewed their vows more times than that crazy bitch Jackie on Basketball Wives: LA may be saying auf wiedersehen very soon. The couple have been married for seven years and according to the site they'll be citing what else - irreconcilable differences. The couple have three children together. Can someone tell me what the hell does that mean? I mean come up with something we can all understand when it comes to divorce, like "I got tired of looking at his ass every morning." or "that motherfucker cheated on me so we need a divorcr before I Lorena Bobbitt his ass!" That is something most of us can understand when it comes to severing ties. As for Heidi and Seal I hope this isn't true, because I like them as a couple. TMZ are usually spot-on with their stories, but I've got my fingers crossed that they can both work it out.
Update: People.com is reporting that Heidi and Seal have not split up...at least not yet. The rumors of a split started when Seal tweeted "The End" on Saturday. The couple have been going through a bit of a rough patch, with Heidi busy with two reality shows, Project: Runway and Germany's Next Top Model, and Seal is about to start promoting his new album Soul 2.
"They've been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now," said a source to People. "They're not divorcing." "they seem to be doing a lot better. They're both wearing their wedding bands."
If being a part is the reason that they may be heading for splitsville, they're about to get tested even more, with Heidi about to head to Germany to film season seven of Germany's Next Top Model and Seal has scheduled appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Tavis Smiley – this week. Hopefully, neither will shy away from the rumors circulating in the tabloids and blogs, because there's nothing worse than a talk show host ignoring the big ass elephant in the room. Or maybe this is all publicity for Seal's new album, since I don't know any songs by him except Kiss From A Rose and Crazy.
Update #3: As of 11:30 Sunday evening, model Heidi Klum & Seal have officially announced that they are indeed separating. The couple have released the following statement to PEOPLE:
"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.
"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.
"We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."
The couple have three children, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2. Heidi has a daughter, Leni, 7, from a previous relationship with Italian racecar team manager Flavio Briatore. Seal adopted Leni as his own child a few years back. Just when you thought they would last, another one bites the dust. maybe all those people out there who were saying Will & Jada were heading for splitsville were really picking up on Heidi and Seal's energy.
