THE DARK KNIGHT COVERS ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY
For those subscribers such as myself who get Entertainment Weekly in the mail, we're about to get a special treat. Christian Bale will be gracing the cover of the famed mag in his signature Batman costume, and will give fans insight into the final film.
“I can tell you the truth because I’m done with it," Bale tells the outlet. "I felt immense pressure. And I think it’s a good pressure, because you owe it to the films — and the people’s expectations — to make great work.”
Based on the scenes I saw them shoot in NYC and what I've heard about the movie taking an Occupy Wall Street approach, I can't wait to see what director Christopher Nolan has up his sleeve in the final chapter of his Bat-trilogy.
The highly-anticipated film also stars Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple and many more and will land in 2D and IMAX theaters on July 20. The Batman issue of EW hits newsstands on Friday.
