Brian Austin Green is suing his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo (Beverly Hills, 90210, General Hospital) after he lent her $200,000 back when they were dating, and the actress has not paid him back. The actors share a 9-year old son together name Kassius.
According to TMZ, in the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Green claims he fired off check after check after check to Vanessa ... but insisted "the monies were not gifts" and she promised to pay him back.
Green claims in 2000 -- BEFORE he knocked up Vanessa -- he loaned her up to $50,000 at a time ... and in total, lent her more than $200,000.
In the docs, Green says each time he loaned her money, he and Vanessa agreed that she would pay back the money "promptly" whenever he asked for it. Green says he came calling in November 2011 ... but she refuses to fork over the dough.
Green is demanding all of his cash back -- plus additional unspecified damages.
Marcil is currently married to actor Carmine Giovenazzo, who is on CSI: New York. Green is married to Megan Fox. So since Vanessa's man has a job, either she can get him to pay off her debts, or she's gonna have to got back to work playing Brenda once again on General Hospital. All I know is, since this is the mother of your son, this is not going to end well. Also who is stupid enough to lend their girlfriend over $200,000 if fucking each other should have been enough of a payout (unless your name is J.Lo and Casper). Everybody knows that the minute you lend money to family, friends or a partner, you might as well kiss that money good-bye.
