You may remember fan favorite and openly HIV+ reality star Jack Mackenroth from being on season 4 of Project Runway. He was also unfortunately remembered for leaving the competition early after getting a MRSA staph infection. Jack was also the first reality star in history to be very open about his HIV status.
Since his stint on the show Jack has been modeling a lot of swimwear and underwear, which I have been seeing all over various blogs and his Facebook page. So in honor of raising awareness for a cure, Jack has released a new calendar called Calendar For The Cure, and 100-percent of the proceeds will go directly to amfAR, The American Foundation for AIDS Research (www.amfar.org) to help find a cure for AIDS, a disease Jack has been battling for 22 years.
Take a look at some of the pics which were shot by Adam Bouska, famously known for the NOH8 project and a few others, who shot a different photo for a different month. The calendar begins in January 2012 and continues through May 2013. Big fan of Jack's and this is definitely a great cause everyone should get behind.
