KELIS COVERS HUNGER MAGAZINE

Kelis, who is not only one of the most underrated musicians in the game is also one of the most fashion-forward. She has always marched to the beat of her own drum (which is why I love her), and has sparked many an imitator. Now the singer graces the cover of the premiere issue of Hunger Magazine and in a few of the shots not only has she gone back to the 'do from the Bossy era, but she also reminds us who was the first one to pave the way for many of these new singers to be a littlee more fashion-forward when it comes to putting a ferosh look with their music. Speaking of which, I can't wait to hear what she cooks up on the follow-up to one of my favorite Kelis albums Flesh Tone.
