I will go on the record to say that I have not watched a single episode of Glee this season, simply because I've fallen out of love with the show. Actually, my mind teeters more towards the perverted, like Ryan Murphy's other show American Horror Story.
Anyways, the show is known at times for it's homages to some of our favorite superstars, as the show has dedicated full episodes to Madonna, Lady Gaga, and a few others in the past. Now comes word that in a future episode, the series will devote an entire episode to New Directions singing songs by the Man In The Mirror himself, the late Michael Jackson. According to TV Guide, once producer Murphy gets approval from the Jackson family (which you know he will, since it seems them Jacksons will dig up MK's body and donate his bone marrow to a cause or exploit his kids some more if it will cut them a check), they will start filming the episode this Friday, allowing the cast to film half of the 10-12 songs chosen before they film the rest of the episode in January. if everything works out according to plan the episode will air in the Spring.
I'm hoping they cover a lot of songs from the Off The Wall and Thriller albums, but I would also love to hear some of the less popular tracks from the MK catalog make the cut as well for the emotional effect of the show.
