69TH ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINEES


The Hollywood Foreign Press has revealed the list of nominees for the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards and while I am happy for some of my favorites like The Help, Viola Davis, Rooney Mara, Octavia Spencer, Mary J. Blige, Madonna, Ryan Gosling, Bridesmaids, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Laura Linney, American Horror Story getting nominated, I'm especially proud that Jessica Lange is being acknowledged for her scene chewing role on AHS. if she doesn't win there's no justice in the world. I am a bit irritated that The Walking Dead is not among the nominees, since there is some pretty superb acting on the show, but hopefully they will get some acknowledgement next season. I also don't understand why Melissa McCarthy was snubbed for her hilarious role in Bridesmaids? She was clearly the breakout star, and GG you dropped the ball on her nomination. The very hilarious Ricky Gervais returns as host. Check out the list of nominees below...
