Lindsay Lohan may believe that her troubles are behind her after spending four-and-a-half hours in jail on Sunday, but her legal troubles are starting to heat up.
The troubled actress and all around hot mess filed a lawsuit against Pitbull over what she says are "defamatory statements" in the lyrics of his hit single Give Me Everything.
Now Pitbull (born Armando Perez) is fighting back against the tabloid personality, saying in new legal documents that Lohan filed her lawsuit in New York State Court (where she's pursuing the case) even though she's been living in California for seven years. he also brings up her DUI arrests, parole violations, jail stints, necklace theft, house arrest and community service obligations, all which happened in California.
First of all Lindsanity, if you're going to sue anyone for defamatory statements, you should sue yourself because you've pretty much defamed your career and your character by your lonesome. I personally don't see how “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, keep flowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan" is defamatory?
Bitch you did get locked up a bunch of times, right? To me this is just another chapter in your messy autobiography of an infamous attention-whore doing whatever she can to remain TMZ's most popular punching bag. This shit will be thrown out before Lindsay's lawyers can utter a word to the judge. This troll has seriously become one of the biggest laughing stocks in Hollywood.
