The ring didn't mean a thing when she wasn't closing her legs to Big Poppa, but it definitely means a thing to Kim Zolciak now, especially if it gets you your own show.
The 33-year-old reality star and Tardy For The Party singer has just finished shooting her new reality show Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding with defensive end of the Atlanta Falcons Kroy Bierman, who she married on November 11. The half hour series will follow Kim, her daughters Brielle, Ariana and newborn son Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. and Kim's assistant Sweetie as they prepare for her extravagant wedding. Just don't expect nemesis NeNe Leakes to get an invitation.
"I am so excited to give an up close and personal look at the next chapter in my life," Zolciak said. "My life has turned into a true Cinderella story and to watch the pieces unfold is going to be great! I can't wait to share with all of you!"
For those who watch Real Housewives of Atlanta religiously (like I do), Kim met Kroy last season during a Dancing With The Stars event in Atlanta in which co-star Sheree Whitfield was a part of.
As of now there's no word on when the episodes will air of how many episodes they can create from Kim's wedding preparation, but if I had to guess it would be around six to eight episodes. I like Kim and all, but I don't think she's interesting enough for her own reality spin-off, a la former Real housewives of New York star-turned entrepreneur and personality Bethenny Frankel.
