WHITNEY HOUSTON IN THE STUDIO
Fresh off her airplane diva tantrum, Whitney Houston was snapped hitting the studio with producer Harvey Mason Jr. to lay down tracks for the Sparkle soundtrack, a remake of the 70's film that also stars Houston and Jordin Sparks as her daughter (title character). The last time Houston and Harvey worked together was on her 2009 hit, I Look To You. Sparkle is a favorite film of my cousing and a few people I know, so I am curious as to what they will do with the upcoming remake. Let's hope Irene Cara won't get all bitter publicly like Jennifer Holiday did when she was asked about the remake of Dreamgirls on Wendy Williams.
